The Company has been in contact with Barco since early 2006..asking for a royalty bearing license...

their claims against us are..

1. Patent '584, claim #29....they claim not to infringe and that claim #29 is invalid...



2. Patent '749, claim #1...they claim not to infringe and that claim #1 is invalid...



3. Patent '890, claim #1...they claim not to infringe..only, no statement of invalidity.



Asking for relief in the form of all legal fees and costs associated with this case.



They are a Belgian company doing business with outlets in the county of juridiction in California.
