I find this phrase very interesting:

"Because related, first-filed cases are pending before Judge Ward..."

Why are these first-filed cases (the J3 case) PENDING? What is more to come from it? What has to happen to END these cases?

Well, it's a wonderful morning over here in Germany, thus the rose colored glasses are due to the sun coming up...;-)
