Thank you for all the recent pacers.

This one appears to vindicate SGE1, and others, who steadfastly believed there was more to the J3 settlement than publicly available.

Judge Ward didn't retain jurisdiction for a settled case. Perhaps, the J3 will be witnesses for PTSC/TPL in the prosecution of all future infringement claims?
