Will the transfer to Texas get our SP moving?

I'll go out on a limb and say that we see the SP start moving with this news of the transfer to Texas. With the Judge saying himself because of the "pending first filed cases" That says alot. All along many here have said they did not believe we were done with the Js. It appears they were right the way I see it. Even when we were told that we have seen all we are going to see from the Js from MGMT.

I thought that was it, till now. I have to believe Judge Ward is still overseeing our case until the USPO decision.

I can't emphasize enough how loaded that staement is for us "pending first filed cases"
