re certing the 336 and the 148 (Hurry Up Please) this is a BIG second place.

I was just telling someone how inefficient it seemed to do a new markman in N. Calif. and I guess the Judge agreed. LOLOLOL

"Pending cases in Texas?" MOU's?? hmmmmmm.

Now I wonder what that is all about?

Feels like Deja vu all over again.
