my mind as I read the new one--The PTO may be ready to release the results. They (the court) held this in Ca. for a very long time and it seems strange that they would suddenly say "It goes back to Tx. now". I know that I read somewhere that the PTO is trying to clear as many cases as possible before the end of the year. It certainly makes more sense to me to turn it back over to Santa Ward since he knows the patents and all of their claims. GL, ads
