Judge Wards decision in the Markman Hearing regarding Claim 29 referred to how it affected infringement by thr J's of our patent. The re-validation of the 584 will deal with validity of the patent itself. Will it be on a claim per claim basis, or on the patent as a whole? Two entirely different animals no?
