I think most all expected claim 29 to be rejected it was.... After the Texas Markman hearing we saw the 584 lose some teeth..(& the failed appeal)...so this seems to bel expected.... What I am not sure did the PTO review process strengthen the patten @ all.... The way I see it we are @ least where we thought we would be... and we may be stronger......

The price has risen so the market is not concerned...

I hope someone with a strong technical background & PTO knowledge will chime in.....
