Any thoughts on the '584 and the examiner's conclusions? Reading the IFW, it becomes clear the PTO wasn't swayed in the least bit by Mr. Moore's arguments and amendments for claims 30-54. The examiner's report was very straight forward and you could tell by the tone of the article they are definitive in their opinion. At times it almost seems to me they are chastising Mr. Moore for amended claims that don't appear to connect any dots or further clarify claim 29. The examiner made it pretty clear that Mr. Moore's arguments were to far reaching and didn't contain enough specifics to convince them. It almost reads like they are accusing him of flinging mud and hoping something sticks. This is all opinion from a lay person but the report is interesting. I didn't read all 48 pages. I did read enough to get a feel for how the USPTO breaks things down.
