Your thoughts on the PTO following Judge Ward's lead are the same as mine. Was pondering the recent share price strength today and wondering why? It seems the PTO is closely parroting the Markman results, which bodes well for the other patents, of course. They will have a hard time rejecting a patent that Judge Ward already put his seal of approval on, IMHO.
