Will there most likely be some kind of an indicator from the PTO prior to a ruling? On the 584 there was a "litigation search conclusion" or something to that effect.

I would appreciate if anyone could also tell me why the board is in a blackout period? Does it have anything to do with lameter?

While I like to think we are on the way up because of a positive upcoming ruling, I am still cautious. I was so convinced we were going to the moon before the J settlement.
