I sent the following message to PTSC's IR on 12/04 and didn't receive an answer so far though I sent it again last week:
"Dear Mrs. Hartley,
One phrase from Mr. Judge Folsom was electrifying me:
"Because related, first-filed cases are pending before Judge Ward..."
The only first-filed case before Judge Ward I know of is the Matsushita/NEC/Toshiba vs. TPL/PTSC case, which was settled in last December 2007. But now it seems the case is not closed but still pending.
Could you please help me with this? Are there any further things to expect from the Matsushita/NEC/Toshiba vs. TPL/PTSC case?
