That is, unfortunately, how I look at it. I got my first clue when in their 8K filing of the settlement they did not file as a material event. Which to this day I still have a problem with because it was a material event, either negative, or positive. I wrote a nasty e-mail and never did get a response. SEC filings don't preclude private, undisclosed agreements. They are made to protect the investor, to give required information, not to decieve. If they could companies would always hide behind non-discloseure agreements, that is exactly why they are requied to make proper SEC filings. Fortunately, we now have competent management, and it seems more integrety.
