It does seem an equitable way to settle. But you are right greed will play a factor on all sides and this thing will probably play its way out with one side winning.
If Moore really did not have a role in inventorship then the best hope PTSC has is for Fish to testify ``They don`t call it the ``Fish Clock`` for nothing! What would entice him to testify? I`m not sure what makes him tick. Perhaps his pride will be hurt or his ego will give him the push to tell it like it is. I hope so!
