At the SHM, DL said the PTO should/could continue for quarters not years.
Does that sound like he is expecting a final decision on the 336 or 148? Or is he expecting another non-final rejection and then next time around a final recert?
Reading this board at every available opportunity and waiting for the PTO response is like watching for water to boil.
One thing for certain, is that eventually we will have an answer (good or bad).
