I apologize for delays in responding. As you may know, I wear several hats for both Crossflo and Patriot, and sometimes get a little behind on responding to emails and phone calls.
In any event, I don’t have a specific answer as to the reason for the recent reference to the "…first-filed case before Judge Ward…". I have checked again with Patriot senior management and can say with certainty that there is no pending action regarding the J3 group. It was settled in December and remains settled. I hope that addresses your concern.
