Brian, the scenario you paint is interesting indeed but I would question whether its even from the PTSC perspective.

If they dropped all litigation and split any subsquent royalties that seems like a loss to PTSC; unless the synergy of the two companies would bring about real revenue; in which case, it could be a winner to both sides.

If you can`t beat em join em.
