My take fwiw- Alliacense was pursuing the Core Flash licensing (unrelated to PTSC) and the MMP licensing separately with common companies who have themselves combined the Core Flash & the MMP in the litigation brought in Northern CA. You are seeing the back & forth reactions to those actions. TPL is not at fault in the least in these series of events. They are merely going after license prospects and the T3 legal team chose to confront them by combining the MMP and Core patents in their complaints. JMO
