How I hope the market reacts with a little more excitement than the board.

Either this company is afraid that the PTO is going to validate our patents and was looking for an opportunity to settle. (Like we all hoped with the J's)

Or, we gave them a sweet deal and really needed the money.

We can probably believe that the market won't react until we see big bucks at the end of the quarters. Few will probably be fooled again.

What do you think about the settlement? Is it a move in the right direction? Or is it too early to tell? I appreciate both candid responses as well as a little optimistic feelings.
