I think that a lot originally thought, as well as myself, that the settlement was between TPL and Asustek regarding only the flash core patents. But it seems to me by the wording of the pacer that issues for all claims have been resolved. Not only is that good news but apparently it will clear the way to a Texas venue. This is all good.

Not that we can speculate the terms, but in Asustek's original filing with the California court in Feb., 2008 it seems TPL was seeking ongoing royalties.

It may not be long before most of our questions will be answered about a lot of things, including the J's settlement.
