I do not think the signing was a wash. If a recall right, was not the law suit because we wanted damages going back 6 years plus ongoing royalties. Basically they knew they infringed and were prepared to buy a license but did not want to pay ongoing royalties and did not want to pay prior damages.

I think the settlement will include both or one. Either we received damages going back 6 years(8 now, 2 years of negotiating) and ongoing royalties or ongoing royalties and damages going back 3 years or no royalties and damages going back the 6 years. You get my point, it could be any combination of those.
