Patriot Scientific Corp. announced that ASUSTeK has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio license from the TPL Group, Patriot Scientific's exclusive MMP licensing partner.

We humans are a funny bit of business (I am, admittedly, very near the top of the list). Not being in a position to control a situation ratchets-up the level of uncertainty, especially when you have something to lose. Uncertainty is the most powerful ingredient in the recipe for angst. The more we are fed, the further into anxiety we slide.

I was hoping for a curbing of the servings of uncertainty from this shareholder letter to help me feel a bit more in control, but realized little. I remain largely in the dark, stumbling along, hoping to run into something that resembles fact more than fiction. Still, I am not prepared to abandon ship just yet. Though I do not know the details behind the "has purchased" categorization of the licensing of ASUSTeK, I am glad it does not state "was given a free pass."

Toward acquiring more to dilute my uncertainty, I look forward to the release of the guidance-like information regarding Crossflo and the drive toward profitability indicated in RG's letter in providing that diluting effect.
