for one reason...... PTSC is not the sole owner the MMP... they dont control the pricing or the licensing... the only reasonable buyer would be TPL... ( which they already tried to buy once from PTSC.......)

unless a new buyer was able to negotiate the rights of the MMP from TPL... and then bought the rights from PTSC....well then thats another story...but highly unlikely....
