Albieeeeeee, royalities?...........renewals?........ negotation scenario and now this gushes irrational optimism IMO........The funny thing is, we know the J3 didn't seem to amount to much. I wouldn't be surprized if TPL caved to the point of paying its own lawyers with the obvious positioning of trying to move a case back to a place that in the end didn't amount to much...........The question is why, especially when there is still no USTPO result..........The people in court seem to believe they have stronger hands than those who signed off for a license........As a result, signings have dwindled.......
