Couldn't we discuss something different, for example, who would be so kind to ask Mr. Goerner at the investors call, if I understand his sentence correctly:

"There is no discussion to pursue a reverse split under the current market conditions, however, I have begun dialogue with the Board about the conditions, both internal and external, which would serve as a trigger to launch the process."

Because as I understand it, "launching the process" means to initiate it (no matter if short-term or long-term) and "initiating" means they are seeing it as the only way to pursue to NASDAQ - or is my understanding/interpretation wrong?

However, let's relax the last days of this "remarkable" year and btw: what effect could bashing have at the current sp level? The only reasons for the sp I see are the USPTO and the circumstances around PTSC, not some individuals...
