How does anyone think TPL can prevent the type of stragty Asustek demonstrated going forward (playing multiple portfolios on a first strike basis)?.........Getting to Texas simply gets HTC to come to a negotiated settlement sooner which I expect to see happen in '09 (with USTPO timing and results TBD in the scheme of things) IMO........
