TPL is doing the "right" thing and trying to get us back to Texas by

being reasonable and settling on the Flash portfolio and the MMP with ASUS.

I've heard that Fogler is a smart and reasonable Judge and IMO he won't try and

re-invent the wheel with a NEW Markman on the MMP since JW already ruled on the 336, 148 and the 584. TPL has cleared the decks to make it a sensible and fluid move to TEXAS.

DL said it's quarters not years till we hear from the USPTO..........that was at the end of October 2008.

JW "ruled" on infrigement and we all know the 336 and the 148 went our way on the claims with the most teeth.

Now we need the second prong of Validity from the USPTO.

Let's hope that March of 2009 ends this torture for all of us. :-)
