We do know from the Alliacense site that TPL will not sue a system supplier if the chip supplier has a MMP license.

TPL has not sued anybody have they? They just took over PTSC's suit against the J's didn't they?

Leckrone has stated several times that litigation is a last resort to their licensing program.
