I feel your pain. Going after AMD and Intel first seemed to be bone-headed decisions. The wording in the AMD contract was unbelievable. 3 million for our patents with no apparent recourse to sue the downline, not because of LG vs Quantas, but because of the stipulations of AMD in the contract. It seems they just gave it away and if Intel is worded the same way the whole industry got off for 23 million. The old saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" sure should have been followed. It seems all our mistakes are much too costly. I know hind sight is 20/20 but lets be a little more professional in our legal dealings and at least not appear to be giving the ship up. No wonder everything is so secretive. It must be embar(assing) to get out lawyered all the time.
