The only thing I would add to your question is if the USPTO recertifies the 336 and 148, does PTSC management see the PPS achieving 1 USD, or more, without a reverse split within two years after recertification.
I think what's been frustrating to me is that TPL's great legal team with the lawyer who never lost, that said this was a litigators dream and patents on water seems to have got his Butt kicked in Texas by the J3's legal team.
The other thing that bothers me is the potential for corruption within the USPTO. It's very possible that some of these examiners are being paid under the table by these huge corporations to prolong and ultimately render patents worthless. I don't know what these government employees make but wave a half million cash in front of them to hand down a decsion on the patents in favor of these large corporations and I think there is a distinct possibility that the little guy PTSC?TPL gets the shaft. We see corruption at high levels in government such as the Governor of Illinoise what makes any of us feel like the USPTO is without corruption when we see it at such high levels?
