Well the set-up for these CC's came about from requests made by a shareholder to institute them, once on a post here and once on a direct talk with RG. He listened and agreed it was a good thing to insitute...as long as it proves fruitful and listened in on...so there was no prior reason other than that for instituting them.

Nothing that was expected to be announced or planned tot be relased...just a real good way for shareholders an dothers to listen to the man running the show and maybe getting some questions answered on a two way medium rather than trying to disect words in a letter for their underlying meaning....whether there was one or not.
