I for one am not expecting any news that would change the SP. Needless to say, I certainly hope I'm wrong. I believe a decision from the USPTO is the only piece of info that can positively affect the SP or at least get it ready for launch (at this juncture). EMT is right, we should use this opportunity to obtain more clarification about our investment, however, I have my reservation about that possibility as well.
