notwithstanding the MMP and the USPTO decisions pending, which I am very hopeful will come out in our favor and add to our patent enforcement, and subsequently financial, strength.

I have sent these questions to PTSC IR to be forwarded to Mr. Goerner so that he may address them in the CC, and I have added another since then. I have not received a response from IR, and I will likely not be able to attend "live" given my schedule, so I am posting them here in case anyone phoning-in to the call wants to ask them, or their own version of the same.

Mr. Goerner:

My first question refers to your December 22 shareholder letter (http://patriotscientific.com/index.p... ), in which you mention variables associated with Crossflo’s sales assumptions and estimates. In your current analysis, what are the specific variables that could affect, either negatively or positively, Patriot Scientific's profitability success with the Crossflo subsidiary?

Further, what specific companies do you see as your major competitors in both the public and governmental sectors that Crossflo is pursuing, and what is your assessment as to where Crossflo is currently positioned among these competing companies?

Do you anticipate an increase in Crossflo's workload due to an increase in securing future contracts, and what are your initial plans to strategically add to the Crossflo workforce, and how do you intend to structure their compensation? I am specifically interested in stock-based compensation, if any.

Lastly, what is Patriot Scientific’s execution strategy for the justice, public safety and healthcare sectors, meaning what efforts are planned to position Patriot Scientific ahead of its competitors (lobbying, further acquisitions adding to our data sharing core strengths, marketing hires, expansion of HP partnership, etc.), what is the presently estimated execution time-line, and what percentage of the market do you expect to acquire over the next 12-24 months if those efforts are successful? Estimated revenue projections or similar guidance would be greatly appreciated.
