That's more of a prayer than a fact.

If you remmeber the PTO with its new guidelnes(from a year ago)... They must review all court rulings and Judgments related to the patent.... So we know for sure the reviewer has read JW's ruling... (PTO & courts when ever possible need to arrive @ the same conclusion...)... I think the PTO will be inline with JW...
