I meant more specifically PTSC's competition (what business are they in exactly?) but since I've been wondering the same about Crossflo, this is a nice list.

My quick comment is that Cerner and Epic are really the leaders in EMR. Crossflo is in the data exchange business and there is a small window where they need to capitalize on the many disparate systems out there who will eventually be moving to Cerner or Epic or another leader. Hospitals go with the big EMR solutions and private practices have traditionally gone with the smaller ones (like Iameter). Hospitals will dictate who wins.
