Please bear in mind that the patents are for a fixed period of time, with most expiring in a few years. Also, I humbly suggest, the majority on notice will license fairly quickly, within a 2 year time span, once revalidated.

So, looking at a 2 to 5 year time frame, it would not be unreasonable to see the MMP having far less significance than it does today. The problem lies in attributing the current revenue projection for 2009 as being the same for 2012. I would be extremely surprised and disappointed if the Crossflo revenue for 2012 was still in the $3 to $6 million range.
