Maybe I missed something in the last days and weeks, but my last information was, that we had to lend us $ 3mio and stopped our sharebuy-back programm - which both doesn't indicate, we have much money.

In fact I strongly believe, we won't see any M&A activities as long as the USPTO hasn't decided on the patents (and hopefully the first companies pay the license fees).
