Unfortunately, I am in meetings all day today. Hopefully, someone can call the company and try to find out whether what was in Pacer about the patent denial on all counts can be verified or denied. I find it difficult to believe that something like that could have taken place with the bowels of the USPTO long enough ago for someone to write it into a legal opposition submision without it being leaked or released.

I also doubt much info will be provided by the company, but it would be interesting to find out how they respond.
