it looks like the examiner found another piece of prior art (Tanimura) that combined with Kagi and Baluga sp?? makes the 148 obvious to one skilled in the art............yadda yadda.

do you think Chuck Moore can persuade the examiner again, that Tanimura combined with the other prior art does not make the 148 "obvious"?

I look forward to hearing the responses of those with engineering backrounds/connections.
