that's right.

I am really astonised what's going on with the reexaminers mind and the new patent. I can not exactly follow his thoughts and think more and more that PUPAT spends a lot of moeny to dig up every patent to challange the MMP. We don't know who or which companies are paying PUPAT.........

TPL&Moore should be able to counter, but have to be careful to anger the reexaminer.
