I am really astonished on what TPL/PTSC/Moore built up the patents. Out of a sudden serveral patens have came up and more and more claims of the MMP are rejected.

I am not sure, but it will be a lot of work to do by TPL to rescue the patents. However, I am still guessing why more than 50 companies have signed although the MMP patents can be countered such easily.
