Their taking this "Obvious" analysis way to far.
If this is the case and we lose the arguments then nearly every patent that exists since the dawn of time is invalid!
Think of how many Big Tech companies have patents like ours that could be possibly invalidated due to obviousness. The term "New and Improved" just went out the window if this is allowed to go on.
