Your welcome. I believe that a decision on the 336 could come any minute but there is the possibility, as has been previously suggested by emtnester, that claims 1-10 will be replaced by 11-20. For whatever reason the examiners seem to be having difficulty with the term independent and it appears they want the added clarification that claims 11-20 provide.

As I said previously claims 11-20 are claims 1-10 with the added clarification. The phrase "thereby enabling decoupling a speed of said central processing unit from a speed of said input/output interface" was added to the main claims and that phrase is obvious. The purpose of a second clock different from the ring oscillator is to permit the decoupling and this is not something new.
