Obviousness is like some kind of a filibuster. Organizations can concoct any number of combination of patents and continue to send them to the PTO. It seems that TPL has to explain how it doesn't apply and we keep repeating the cycle.

It is a good thing RG bought Crossflo and did away with dividends.

I am hopeful with some of the recent posts that there is still hope for a recert on the 336 without waiting for this situation with the 148 to clear up.

I am hoping this was all anticipated by TPL and they are not numb like me.
