I think that biajj has hit it on the nose about TPL becoming a public company by backing into us. It is either that or another offer--this one would have to be much higher. They(TPL) clearlly would have problems going forward with a cloud on the license. Intel does not want this suit to go any further and they would like to continue to use the tech. I believe that we will hear of settlement soon. ads
