Investor Relations,
I have been a holder of PTSC stock for many years now, and frankly am very concerned that the Patent Office is taking so long deciding and issue that was solid many years ago. I took the liberty of pasting one of the postings from Agorocom and I request that you pay particular attention to the next to last paragraph dealing the clocking device as stated by Mr. Moors written response to the Patent office.
IF this is accurate, Mr. Moore – as stated by the poster, should not be left alone when responding to the Patent Office.
The sentence is not intelligent and does not – well, actually say anything. If this is actual, we are in trouble.
This is candy to a bureaucrat who may not want to work for a living. Moore must be provided with assistance to deal with the Patent Office or at least some assistance with his Technical Communications. I fear this will go on for years. The Management and Board is responsible for looking out for the company and shareholders. This re-exam has gone on too long, given that the 148 and 336 patents were split from an approved long standing patent.
Thank you for addressing this issue with the appropriate people. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
GHJ
Gentlemen and Ladies, This was emailed in response to a posting made regarding Moor's writing skills with the PTO. Perhaps a few more emails may help.
