Higgins was the patent attorney for both Fish and Moore when they were filing for the patents long ago. Higgins was disqualified because the attorney/client privilege was broken between Higgins/Moore when PTSC`s attorneys, B&O, had meetings with Fish. Yeah I know....what kind of attorney would be so foolish to not know they were violating the attorney/client privilege by meeting with Fish. B&O was.
