I don't care about the Core Flash license of Philips!

It's ok for TPL due to the fact that Philips has bought a MMP license, too.

I'd like to point out with my topic that we might have currently some kind of trouble with the MMP. The reasons are more or less well known. I was promised by the PTSC BOD that the patents are very soild. I did some personal investigations, talked to our companie's patent layer...........

I was somehow shocked after reading the response of the USPTO in case of the 148 and parts of the 336. TPL&Moore have to do a great job to turn off the situation into good!

I still hold my shars and added some more the last couple of months as I believe in the patent knowlege of TPL, but I've to admit that the risk is very very high that after the reex. the portfolio could be reduced to just the 336 patent.
