I also did the same search... It appears the USPTO ruling is seperate ... the German ruling has no teeth..... we can do this in each country...(Read quite a bit about specfic countries)....thier was a court case in 2002 which confirmed this,,,, I could not find an answer on the litigation search if it is global... so USPTO may or maynot be aware of the procedings..,,,,
