It is my very humble opinion that the EPO confirmation will be used in support of patent validity currently under USPTO reexamination

SHOULD READ:

It is my very humble opinion that the German Court's confirmation will be used in support of patent validity currently under USPTO reexamination.

The EPO patent grant was challenged in Germany using country specific laws. That validity was confirmed in Germany but this decision is not binding on any other member state.
